Shipping, Returns, etc.

Contact us if you’re having any issues with your order, or to cancel/return an order/product.

Shipping

Once your order is placed, we usually take around 2 business days to process your order. The amount of time it takes to reach you will depend on where you are and on the postal service. We will inform you of how long it will take. Usually, this takes at least 15-20 days. We also provide you with a link to track the package.

Shipping charges depend on location. Free shipping is not available in some countries.

Important note: you may have to pay customs. Customs charges are NOT included in our shipping fees.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

We only accept returns if the buyer finds something defective or wrong with the product, and if the defect is irremediable. We thoroughly check all our products before packing them, and if there ever is damage, it might be the postal service’s fault.

We DO NOT accept returns of used products, or products in a condition in which it cannot be sold again.

After 24 hours of the order being placed, we CANNOT cancel it. Always double check your cart, address and payment information to avoid issues!

If you cancel before 24 hours (and the order has NOT been shipped out yet), the full amount for the product with the issue will be refunded to you. We do this as soon as possible, within 2 business days.

If you return a product, we must receive and inspect it first before we refund the product’s purchase amount to you.

We will not refund any shipping charges, and you are responsible for paying the shipment charges (to the postal service) to ship the product back to us.

If you return a product against this policy without any legal right to a refund or exchange:

  • a) we will not refund the product’s purchase amount

  • b) we will hold onto the returned product until you pay for the re-delivery

  • c) if payment is not received within 14 days, we may discard the returned product without liability to you.

We take a minimum of 2 business days to process refunds. How long it takes to be credited into your bank account depends on the bank and other factors, but typically around 3-14 days for card payments.
